St. Luke's Cancer Institute is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Palliative Care Physician to join our nationally recognized oncology team. This position plays a vital role in advancing our mission to provide compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals with serious and complex illnesses. The physician will work within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team that includes oncologists, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and other dedicated specialists.

What to Expect:
- 4-day work week with 32 patient contact hours, Epic EMR + AI Scribe
- No call
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans and provide expert palliative care consultation for oncology patients in the outpatient setting
- Support patients and families in navigating complex medical decisions, symptom management, and goals of care
- Educate staff, patients, and families on palliative care principles and best practices
- Participate in program development, quality improvement initiatives, and educational efforts
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Preferred: BC/BE in Palliative Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in Idaho
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Preferred: Experience in palliative oncology care
