Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care for patients of all ages
• Collaborate with and precept mid-level providers to ensure high-quality care
• Build trust and strong therapeutic relationships to improve patient engagement
• Apply evidence-based medicine and maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge
• Support quality improvement initiatives and team-based care models

Minimum Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical program
• United States citizenship
• Unrestricted Tennessee medical license
• Valid DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in a primary care specialty
