The Allina Health Cancer Institute in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a fellowship trained Urologic Oncologist to joining our growing program. Allina Health Cancer Institute (AHCI) offers the scale, support, and innovation to help you thrive. Practice Details:

• The team includes 3 Urologic Oncologists and 1 Advanced Practice Provider.
• Technology-forward care: use of artificial intelligence tools for documentation, charting, and supporting cancer diagnosis and treatment.
• Urologic oncology innovation: evolving practice integrating BK Ultrasound, HistoSonics, and Focal One therapies to offer less invasive options that can enhance patient outcomes.
• Our system wide team includes 100+ highly trained oncology providers that span surgical oncology specialties, medical oncology, radiation oncology and supportive/affiliated oncology specialties

Practice & Program:

• Hybrid Academic–Community (“Privademic”) model: academic-level medicine + community access and efficiency. 
• 18 comprehensive cancer care locations across Minnesota and western Wisconsin (systemwide reach + referral base). 
• Accredited by ACS, CoC, NAPBC, and APEx (quality, excellence, safety 

Research & Clinical Trials:

• Our own multi-center research program with investigator-initiated, industry-sponsored, and cooperative group clinical trials (Phase 1–3).

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of Doctor of Medicine (MD) / Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) program or foreign equivalent from an approved school of medicine.
• Completion of urology residency and Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology.
• Completed an SUO or other accredited fellowship/advanced training in Urologic Oncology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Epic Electronic Medical Record
• Robotic training and experience

Licenses/Certifications:

• Licensed Physician — MN Board of Medical Practice (required upon hire).
• Must meet at least ONE of the following: BLS certification from the American Heart Association; BLS certification from the American Red Cross; or Allina in-house BLS training (within 90 days of hire).
• Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Certificate (required upon hire).
• Prescription Monitoring Program (required upon hire).
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) (required upon hire).
