Executive Director (ED) Overview
Advanced OB/GYN has experienced significant growth over the past five years and seeks an ED to scale the organization, strengthen operational performance and position the practice for continued expansion. The practice requires a forward-thinking leader who can bring structure, accountability, and strategic clarity to an increasingly complex, physician-owned environment.
The ED will provide enterprise-level leadership across the organization. The ED will lead a team noted above in Revenue Cycle, Operations Management, and Ultrasound, as well as directly managing financials and vendor oversight (IT, marketing, and accounting). The ED will partner closely with the Clinical Operations Director to ensure effective day-to-day clinical operations.
The ED will support the Owner tasked in management relations with the hospital and health system partners. In addition, the ED will lead strategic initiatives and major projects (e.g., an anticipated systems transition—likely Epic).
Finally, the Executive Director will support Physician Owner governance by establishing structured decision-making processes, facilitating alignment, and translating strategic priorities into clear operational execution.
