General ENT + Opportunity to Subspecialize: Incredible demand for Rhinology/Sinus &Sleep (including Inspire.) Endocrine surgery, Peds, or Laryngology interests also welcome In the words of a current ENT: "We do University level cases here, but at a much higher volume. We are extremely efficient with none of the bureaucratic headaches of academia." Robust clinical & administrative support - each ENT works with at least 1 dedicated APP (8 APPs total support the practice) & 2 dedicated nurses each Minimal call: 1:8 rotation or better Extremely competitive 700K starting base salary + add'l lucrative wRVU bonuses
