Position Highlights:

• Collegial multispecialty group practice with a large referral base

• Full complement of clinical and administrative support teams to assist with patient care, including a dedicated Medical Assistant for each provider

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of neurological disorders of the central and peripheral nervous system, including strokes, dementia, seizures, and Parkinson's disease

• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients

• Clinical care of Neurology patients

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process

• Board Certification or board eligibility in Neurology

• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

For New York Only: The salary range for New York residents is $271,900 to $382,400. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
