QUAD CITIES REHABILITATION INSTITUTE

Encompass Health and Unity Point Health are partnering for this brand new rehabilitation hospital. We are seeking a PM&R Attending physician. This position will provide coverage at our new Unity Point Health - Quad Cities Rehabilitation Institute 40 bed inpatient rehab facility due to open in July 2022 located on the same campus as the Trinity Moline campus.

• Fully integrated system with clinic and hospitals on Epic EMR & Cerner to improve care coordination 
• Inpatient and Outpatient combination practice
• Minimal Clinic Call! - Provider takes second call after initial My Nurse triage
• Hospital call is anticipated every 3 weeks - PMR's are admission and consult service; patients managed by strong hospitalist team.

EMPLOYED RESPONSIBILITIES

The Physiatrist will evaluate and treat injuries, illnesses, and disability; design comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans in the new rehabilitation hospital and established outpatient clinic. Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve. • MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Eligible to work in the United States; H-1 support available
• Ability to work as a team member
• Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state(s) in which Physician provides services
