This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. The position functions in an inpatient setting, working with other physicians, physician extenders, nurses and/or other support staff. The physician will provide inpatient care for hospitalized Veterans, collaborate with nurse practitioner who provide care to Veterans admitted to the Community Living Center (CLC). The physician will alternate coverage for Urgent Care in the absence of the Urgent Care provider. ACLS, BLS and OOORAM certification are required. The physician will work closely with our staff to ensure compliance with national, Network and local performance standards. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Hours may vary.
