Summary Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a Part Time 0.5 FTE Primary Care Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician to join our Federal Way Medical Center Pain Clinic team in Federal Way, Washington. The WPMG Staff Family Medicine/Pain Management Physician participates in a multidisciplinary team of pain care professionals from Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy and Nursing. Understanding a multidisciplinary approach to pain management and applying this approach to the treatment of complex chronic pain patients in both virtual and in person settings. Participates in pain patient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, consult management and care coordination. Actively participates in pain team process improvement projects, peer coaching and implementation of organizational standards of pain management and controlled substance use for pain management. Participates in supporting the care delivery system in designing training, monitoring and overall stewardship of controlled substance use for pain. Federal Way Medical Center is comprised of Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Endocrinology, Eye Care, Occupational Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Social Work Services. Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology on site. Office hours are 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
