Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Spring Hill is an 80-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital that offers comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation services designed to return patients to leading active and independent lives.

We are seeking a full time Inpatient PM&R Medical Director interested in building a practice and growing with the Spring Hill medical community. Work alongside several other independent PM&R collegial physicians and see 15-20 patients immediately. Great staff support from one of the best Encompass Health rehabilitation hospitals in the South East. Spring Hill is a wonderful family community 45 minutes North of Tampa with lots to do and low cost of living.

PRACTICE MODEL
 
PM&R Physician will establish a private practice to include a caseload of medically complex inpatient rehabilitation patients and an outpatient rehabilitation practice if he or she chooses.  The Physiatrist will set up a relationship with an independent billing company and retain 100% of his/her own billing and collections.  Encompass Health has its own well-trained outreach teams that identify appropriate inpatient rehabilitation candidates from surrounding areas.
