The incumbent in this position is responsible for clinical duties in the Outpatient clinic setting. The duties include but are not limited too: · Interfaces with other medical staff and health care professionals in the medical center regarding to Primary Care · Achieves Performance measure goals and participate in performance improvement Initiatives including implementation of PACT and other Systems Redesign Rapid Process Improvement projects. · Ensures patients are vested as required. · Supervises Mid-level practitioners and participates in peer review and performance appraisal. · Completes evaluations on supervised medical students, if applicable. · Actively participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings. · Complies with all Coding and Encounter regulations in a timely manner Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm) Financial Disclosure Report: Not required
