Outstanding Leadership Opportunity - Chief, Division of Pediatric Cardiology

On behalf of the Department of Pediatrics at OU College of Medicine and The Children’s Hospital at OU Medicine, CareerPhysician, a nationally respected executive search and leadership development consulting firm, has initiated a national search to identify candidates for the new Chief of Pediatric Cardiology.

The new Chief will provide senior leadership and have overall responsibility for pediatric cardiology, education and research for The Children’s Hospital and OU Health Science Center.  Candidates must be eligible for an Oklahoma state medical license (MD or DO) and be Board Certified in Pediatric Cardiology.  Candidates should possess leadership and academic accomplishments that would qualify them for appointment at the Associate or Professor level at University of Oklahoma College of Medicine

• The Chief will hold the Webb M. Thompson Endowed Chair in Pediatric Cardiology and will be fully supported by the community, The Children’s Hospital and the Children’s Hospital Foundation in programmatic and academic initiative development.
