The Regional Administrator Director is responsible and accountable for providing Quality / No Harm, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by administering the activities of the Health First Medical Group's designated region in a fashion designed to assure success of the clinical programs of the department and to continually increase integration of physician into the Health First delivery system. Leads strategic planning and development of services across all aspects and geographies of the HF system. Provides the administrative interface for designated region with other HFMG regions, hospital operations, nursing, and administration. Functions under the supervision of the Chief Operations Administrator and the direction of Regional Medical Director.
Works with the Regional Medical Director, COA and system administrators to facilitate alignment of services across the system. Serves as the liaison between HFMG and non-employed providers to facilitate the Ã¢â‚¬Å"businessÃ¢â‚¬Â of the medical staff (credentialing, privileging, peer review, and clinical quality).

In support of the Health First Medical Group, works collaboratively with corporate support services to include Strategic Services, Legal Services, Marketing, Finance, Philanthropy, Information Systems, Human Resources, and Academic Services.
Facilitates the HFMG clinical, educational, and other program development in support of the evolving HF integrated health care delivery model. For multidisciplinary initiatives, represents the interests and resources of the designed region. Develops and oversees a regional infrastructure designed to optimize quality, practice operations, clinical affairs, and stewardship.
Implements all regional practice acquisitions and physician alignments in conjunction with the COA and Regional Medical Director.
Leads implementation of the regionalization initiatives, always looking to enhance market share and market penetration.
Enhances customer service by building great working relationships with peers and subordinates, patients, and physicians.
Represents the regional practice sites in working with the Chief Operations Administrator to enhance group practice processes and initiatives to include operations improvement initiatives, operations and capital budgeting, third party contracting, quality improvement efforts, interdepartmental initiatives, and HFMG planning activities. Supervises and develops site managers, office managers, office supervisors and team leads within the practices.
Responsibility for HFMG operations to include financial performance, regulatory and coding compliance, quality initiatives, and patient/associate/physician satisfaction. Maintains awareness of and anticipates changes in third party payer approach to physician reimbursement in order to optimize physician business models and contracting strategies.
Masterâ€™s Degree preferred (MBA/MHA, or other ) or Bachelors degree with five years healthcare management experience.
Progressive medical practice experience required to include management, business development, and finance background.
Lean six sigma experience preferred.
Problem solving, decision making, analyzing and interpreting complex data/information, researching and preparing comprehensive reports, monitoring quality control standards, organizing and coordinating multiple initiatives independently
